Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Return:

    • Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  2. Refunds:

    • If you wish to return a product for a full refund without providing a valid reason, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
    • If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, the restocking fee will be waived, and you will receive a full refund.
  3. Return Process:

    • Please contact our customer service team at weldersrepublic@icloud.com to initiate the return process.
    • You will be provided with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  4. Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  5. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
